Sometimes it’s a trailer, other times it’s an actor or actress – but the one thing that can actually stand out for a movie is its poster. A poster is important because you’ll see it when you walk out of the theater. If it catches your eye, it’s successful. If not, they need to go back to the drawing board. Trailers may ultimately be a final basis for whether someone will decide to see a film, but a poster relies solely on the gut reaction of the viewer.
