I totally agree about how Charmed started going downhill after Prue's death, I never really like Paige much. And it's a bit lame - oh, one sister died but now a new has just popped out of nowhere. Whatever~
I wasn't keen on Spike and Buffy's relationship, especially when they showed the programme really early here. I don't want to be eating my dinner and watching those two rolling around on the floor. It kind of seemed like they only did it cause fans were writing lots of fanfictions about it.
As for Firefly, I never watched that. Maybe I should? But I know exactly about Fox axing shows that had potential. I used to love Dark Angel, but they chopped that after only two seasons. Cliff-hanger ending and everything. I heard about Firefly due to that, because the people I was bitching about it with mentioned it. Stupid network~

OMG, I loved Oz! From his courtship of Willow("who is that girl" said many times before he actually met her) to the episode where he came back to find her with another woman. He had an effortless flow and charm that made him insanely likable.

I'll never get over how sad Xander seemed in the last season. I keep remembering that conversation he had with Dawn about how he used to be on even footing with Willow and Buffy and now he's just the guy who fixes things when the fightings done.

Charmed became to light and humorous after Prue died. It was not the same show.

The whole atmosphere of VM changed third season to me because I always loved how crafty she had to be in high school. You had this place that she had to be for 8 hours of everyday, and she always ran into problems. There were people she had to avoid and overcome, and a whole tribe like mentality that she had to fight. In college, it was like the walls fell down. She no longer had to deal with anything like that if she didn't want to. She could leave between classes and everything. The everyday tension that existed in season one and two dissipated in college.

Haha thanks for the comment, mah. I thought it was completely mind blowing that they decided to kill off Sarah. The whole thing felt like a rip-off from Seven, actually, that Brad Pitt film where Gwyneth Paltrow gets decapitated. Anyhoo, poor Sarah.
